OVERVIEW

With more than 10 years of experience we design, manufacture, install and maintain gas distribution systems for high purity (6,0 or better) inert, corrosive, flammable, toxic gases.
In our workshop we build and install the gas panels, regulating or valving systems in a Class 1000 environment from pre-cleaned 316L tubes, compression or face seal fittings. Automatic orbital welding with ARC Machine Inc.’s welder is made in critical applications. Systems built with fully penetrating orbital welding have a maintenance free lifetime of more than 10 years.

We provide pressure tests with high purity N₂ or Ar gases up to 300 bars. Leak tests are made with He leak detector. He leak certificate is available.
