COMPUTER AIDED NUCLEAR RADIATION MEASUREMENT AND EDUCATION SYSTEM

The G-MES system is a multipurpose device for education of the nuclear physics in secondary and high schools.

• Examination of the statistical nature of the nuclear decay
• Examination of the distance dependence of the radiation field
• Absorption of radiation in different material
• Continuous monitoring of background radiation with alarm

G-MES SYSTEM

• Nuclear radiation monitor (SUR-1, SUR-2, RADET)
• Interface card
• G-MES software

The nuclear radiation monitors included with the G-MES system are able to detect gamma or alpha/beta/gamma radiation and can be used either with the G-MES system or  as a stand alone monitor.
