We design,
manufacture, install and maintain vacuum systems in the
pressure range of 100 - 10-8 mbar.
Our vacuum systems are constructed from standard KF type
small flange and CF type components with VITON “O”
rings and metal sealing.
Every system is leak checked with He mass spectrometer to
10-9 mbar l/sec to ensure it is free of leaks.
Custom designed and machined doors (heated or cooled) and
reaction chambers are used in applications where gas purging,
gases or liquid chemicals are introduced to the vacuum chamber.
